Health and fitness has been a huge part of our journey and our lives. We have gone through many seasons of being fit in our life, but the ultimate goal for us is to truly be the best version of ourselves at whatever stage we are in! 2009 brought some serious changes for us. We were unhealthy, we had not worked out since high school, and we were eating lots of processed foods! We changed all of that by committing to workouts at least 5 days a week, and eating healthy whole foods. We truly become the best version of ourselves at that time. We have had many life challenges and lots of ups and downs along the way, but one thing we have never stopped doing is having the mindset to be healthy and fit! It hasn’t been easy, and life has happened like it does to everybody, but we are always working, always learning, and always challenging ourselves to be the best that we can be. Now we’re taking what we’ve learned about health and fitness and passing it forward. We would love to help you create a program that would truly help you become the best version of YOU!
